Eddi Langenberg (ESQ), ESH Program Initiatives Manager and Jeff Ullian (ESQ), ES&H Training Team Leader will discuss Argonne’s new safety initiative, Observation Conversations. This program was developed to help foster an open dialogue between supervisors and employees. As a result of planned walkthroughs, supervisors are able to communicate more effectively with employees and are addressing issues that would have otherwise been overlooked. Observation Conversations has been effective in assisting department leaders to identify situations that have placed staff and facilities at risk. |
