SUBJECT:    A new software to manage the Quality and Environment Management System is being implemented within the design and sales division of FRAMATOME-ANP.  This implies to translate some traditional procedures into processes description forms. 

TOOLS:        Standard software (Windows XP) and specific software based on Visio.
