TITLE:          Pin by pin thermomechanical data calculation

SUBJECT:    The goal of the training is to automize the coupling of the SMART neutronic core calculation with the thermomechanical COPERNIC code.  This coupling would make possible to evaluate a best estimate behavior of fuel rods during their life in the fuel assembly.

PERIOD:     4 to 6 months starting July / August 2006

STUDENT LEVEL:  Nuclear Engineering student – Master or PhD degree
