REGISTRATION DEADLINE AND INFORMATION

Deadline has been extended for U.S. citizens! October 17, 2012 is the deadline date for the completion of the online-registration, abstract submission, and payment of the registration fee. In addition to registration, all NON U.S. citizens must complete and submit a 593 form by October 6. This is a strict requirement for access to the Laboratory for attendees without US citizenship. All presenters and attendees must register and submit an abstract online. Fee is not prorated or refundable. Unfortunately, walk-in registration on the day of the Symposium is NOT permissible. The registration fee ($80/person) includes access to the Laboratory, presentations, tours, and a banquet to be held on Friday evening at the Argonne dining room.

On Friday, all persons MUST check-in at the Symposium registration desk (Lobby, Building 402). Check-in time will begin at 7:00 a.m. Due to current security procedures, please allow for additional time for processing of access to the Laboratory.

12 sessions will each contain a number of 15 minute presentation slots. Each slot includes a PowerPoint (or pdf) presentation, plus questions.

Each session will be equipped with a data projector, and laptop. The presenter MUST email PowerPoint presentation as a complete package for pre-loading to Ugsymp-presentations@anl.gov . The deadline is October 17, 2012. PowerPoint substitutions will be allowed by the presenter from 7:00 – 9:00 am on symposium day, if the presenter is listed on the program session schedule.
