Abstract Submission

Authors should prepare a 20-minute presentation and allow an additional 10 minutes for questions from the audience. Abstracts will be categorized under one of the following general session titles:   Biology, Chemistry and Biochemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, Mathematics and Computer Science, Physics and High Energy Physics, Synchrotron Research. All abstracts MUST be submitted electronically. No abstracts will be accepted in a non-electronic format.

Abstracts should be e-mailed as attachments to postdoc-symposium@anl.gov. The subject line of the e-mail should clearly indicate the individual's name and title of presentation. Abstracts will only be accepted in Microsoft Word format. The deadline for submission of abstracts and to register for the Symposium is August 8, 2008.


POWERPOINT PRESENTATIONS FOR PRE-LOADING

Each session will be equipped with a data projector and laptop. The presenter MUST email their PowerPoint presentation for preloading to postdoc-symposium@anl.gov. The deadline is September 6, 2008.

Final program information will be posted on the Symposium website by September 2, 2008.
