ANL Research Highlights

I worked primarily in the area of protein and RNA folding. Our time-resolved SAXS work on protein folding with Tobin Sosnick's group at the University of Chicago showed that hydrophobic collapse need not be an obligate step in the early stages of folding of all proteins.

New Endeavors

Amgen is a biopharmaceutical company that develops therapeutics for grievous illnesses. I am currently employed as a senior scientist in the research and development organization at Amgen. I am primarily involved in formulation development of products that are either in pre-clinical or clinical stages. My research focuses on protein stability, physical, and chemical degradations in proteins, protein folding etc.
