ANL Research Highlights

We applied the technique of X-ray Photon Correlation Spectroscopy to probe the nanoscale dynamics in Polymer Nanocomposites. This led to a novel measurement of internal stress at a nanoparticle-polymer interface to explain some unique thermo-mechanical properties [R. Aravinda Narayanan et. al, Physical Review Letters, vol. 97, 075505 (2006)]

New Endeavors

I am studying the nanoscale remodeling of certain DNA binding protein complexes using small-angle neutron and x-ray scattering.
